spark plugs?

i have a ls motor and wondering what spark plugs to use. i thought that i still had the bosch +4's and someone told me +4 and turbo don't mix so i rushed down and removed the plug and low and behold they changed them during installation to NGK BCPR7ES-11
my question was i was suggested to use ZFR7F-11 so i was wondering should i still switch cause i've never seen these b-series plugs while i think the stock ls use zfr5f-11

yes the zfr7f-11 exist. I used them on my JRSC LS. I think either one should be. Check and see the plugs after a week and see if there are any signs of detonation or what not.

So, finally went FI as well eh? I remember a time when you were deciding whether to sell the car or FI it (I had the same dilemma. that's why I remembered.)

So, which turbo system did you get? How is it?

custom kit. car doesn't feel as fast as a gsr turbo, but my car was able to be identical with a drag3 gsr from a rolling start so i'm pretty happy with 240-250hps to the wheels @ 7psi

when you upgrade the plugs...the NGK BCPR7ES-11 are a good plug...they are one colder than stock...good for FI...As long as they are colder plugs...there are different plugs you can use...but always use copper...better power but more spark plug changes...
